Is there any way to get it to behave like a normal Windows app where holding the alt key activates the menu shortcuts. Having to tap and release to activate the menu is so totally foreign I just can't seem to remember. Can't count how many program bugs I've created because of this feature.

Sorry, but I am bit confused - are you having problems running VEDIT under Vista or XP?
If it is Vista, is SP1 installed?

Ted.

Sorry - I thought I deleted this post. Found the same subject in another thread.

But to answer your question, the problem is under Vista. It has always worked normally under XP.

Another senior moment. Forgot to answer your other question - Yes, SP1 is installed.
