Hi all,
I opened VEdit with normal user account (not Admin), when I click the any of the following links (Home page, On-line FAQ, On-line Support) from "Help --> VEDIT Website" I'm getting the following error "CANNOT SHELL OUT. ERROR #2".
But when I tried with the admin account it working fine (opens the website in IE).
Cam you guys please help me to resolve the issue?

VEDIT version: 6.15.1
OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2
User: Normal User (Not Admin, with admin account the problem not exist).
