I am posting a revised VEDIT 6.15.2 dated 02/12/08 today. As it only fixes a serial number related problem (and voids a hacker's VEDIT serial number generator) there is no reason to download it if you already have the 02/04/08 version.

Glad to see some new development going on for VEDIT (subdirectories, encryption, etc.). Thanks! Just as a curiosity question, are you still considering conversion to C and opensourcing?

Yes, I do plan on converting VEDIT to C and then open-sourcing it. We have been hiring programmers for our SpamStopsHere business to work on our upcoming email archiving system. If/when I meet the right candidate with extensive C and some ASM experience, I will hire them for this project.

Also, during my recent work, I have been rewriting old routines (some from the 80's) to make them more C compatible.

Ted.
