VEDIT (32-Bit) Deluxe Ver. 6.12.1 05/24/04

I installed Vedit on a Windows 98 machine and noticed a discrepancy in file times.
Example:-

Windows-Version: 410
colloem.tbl 414 .a.. 24-05-2004 16:12:00

Windows-Version: 501
colloem.tbl 414 .a.. 24-05-2004 6:12:00

No great mystery here, Australia is UTC +1000
I have also fought with the inconsistent way Microsoft handles dates in different versions of the OS, but it is possible to handle this.

I tried Cab_Extract("vpw-fils.cab",OK) under both Win98 & XP and this was responsible for the difference.

Not really a big deal, but a minor annoyance.

We will probably switch to a commercial installer later this year. I will consider this a minor bug in Cab_Extract(), but it will be a very low priority. Sorry.

Ted.
