I think there have been several different un-official versions "6.15.4".
I am using version 6.15.4 dated 07/02/09.
The latest version 6.15.4 did not work on my computer (it did not accept the serial number).
In addition, later versions contain partial fix to the XP/Vista/Win7 keyboard problem, but then they are partially not working even on older XP that does not have the keyboard problem (at least keyboard shortcuts to User and Tools menus do not work).
I hope an official release will be made soon, with the keyboard bug fixed and with all the other bug fixes that have been discussed during the last few years. (I think several fixes have already been made but not published.)
And then there are all the improved macros, including those I have made (wildfilew, ctags/utags, cfunc, utf-conv, mynotes).
