Has somebody wrote a macro to append in the same buffer
a set of files, stored in the same directory ?

Could "insert" be used with "wildfile" function ?

Thanks in advance,

Ricardo

Have a look at the (incomplete) thread
"Consolidating Files In A Directory"
beginning at 03 Aug 2000 in the
"Vedit Macros Library" conference.
I think that is the same question.

If you want to try my old macro FILEMERGE.VDM mentioned there,
an updated version can be downloaded here:

This new customer just called me and I could not remember if this had already been done. Therefore I asked him to post his question here.
