Hi,

I notice that projects which I create that are also using specific
tools or user menus, upon project closure, do not unload the project
specific menus.

I figured that my default/startup menus would be restored.

I suppose a work-around would be to have a blank project with my
default menus, and load it in order to close other projects. Not
ideal though..

That seems like a reasonable suggestion which we will consider in the
near future.
