Did Vspell go away ?

I had not used it for a long time then decided (after an embarrassment
in a report) to start spell-checking right where I compose my text; in
Vedit. Whoops, couldn't find it.

Searched this message-board website, and found an old message (by Ted)
saying that these lines should be added to the USER.MNU file...

-------------------------Start-----Here--------------------------------

5
Run V-SPELL
Rs(102,PATHNAME) File_Close() Sys("vs |@(102)",DOS+MAX+DELETE)
File_Open(@102)

-------------------------Stop------Here--------------------------------

Will this cause me any problems in Vedit for NT ?

Just wanted to check before I act.

No, V-SPELL just isn't mentioned much anymore. It is
still available for $19 as a download.

I hope to have a Windows version of V-SPELL next year.
(I'm hiring it out to a computer student in Russia.)

Ted.

And *please*, Ted, tell him to provide for spell checking of words with accented characters!

He will do a great service to Germans, French, Polish ... all those people that are unable to confine themselves to
a tidy Roman alphabet ...

Fritz

I'll just wait until you have it ready. I put a lot more faith in your
stuff than anything sold by, uh, uhm,,, "you-know-who".
